2020 SETTER/HITTER CAMP

Setter/Hitter Camp is brand new for 2020 and is for all skill levels of players from grades 7-12.

Setter/Hitter Camp participants spend the day training their individual positions as well as working together to build better setter-hitter connections.  Campers will work on play sets, running faster offense, middle blocker offense, how to attack the block and other point scoring strategies.  Campers will interact with current Red Raider volleyball student-athletes and coaches and will receive a Texas Tech Volleyball Camp T-shirt.  This camp does not train serving, defense or ball control.  Players who only play libero or defensive specialist should not attend this camp.

Time: 9:00 a.m.. - 5:00 p.m. (Lunch provided)

CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT LOCATION:

United Supermarkets Arena

There will be camp signs once you arrive at the Arena.

CAMP DETAILS:

  • Texas Tech Volleyball Camp participants will be under the SUPERVISION of program personnel at all times.
  • Students are expected to participate in all planned activities.
  • Personal cell phones may only be turned on and used during free time.
  • Please check your email regularly as that is how we will communicate check-in information and other camp details leading up to the camp.

MEALS INCLUDED: Lunch provided for all campers.

WHAT TO BRING FOR DAY CAMP

WORKOUT CLOTHES: Shorts, T-Shirts, Socks & Tennis Shoes, Kneepads | A Little Extra Spending Money For Snacks & Camp Store Items

CAMP STORE
A camp store will be open at registration and throughout the camp. Campers will be able to purchase Texas Tech Camp items and snacks.

PARKING REGISTRATION

DISCOUNTS
No discounts will be offered for this camp.

REFUNDS
Campers who must cancel their registration prior to June 1st will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations between June 1st-June 30th, will receive a 30% refund.  Cancellations on or after July 1st will not be refunded.  Cancellation notices and refund requests must be made directly to Tony Graystone at tony.graystone@ttu.edu.
