There will be 2 campers per room with floor community bathrooms.

Yes. Each floor will have a floor supervisor/camp coach on each floor at all times. The supervisor will check rooms to make sure everyone is in their assigned room and no one is allowed to leave the dorm at any time without a camp coach.
