 What is the difference between an Overnighter, Commuter & Day Camper?

Overnighter’s receive all meals, camp sessions from 9am-9pm and stay at the dorms. Commuters receive all meals, camp sessions from 9am-9pm and do not stay in the dorms. Day Campers receive lunch and camp sessions from 9am,-5pm.

 Will there be an athletic trainer?

Yes. We will have an athletic training at each camp session. If you need to get your ankles taped, make sure you plan accordingly to have ankles taped on time. If you have tape, please bring it with you.

 Packing List?

Pillow, Blanket, Linens, Towels, workout clothes (shorts, t-shirts, socks, tennis shoes, kneepad, extra walking shoes (flip flops, slides or tennis shoes), casual clothing, swim suit, toiletries, alarm clock & extra spending money.

 Can I get refunded?

Campers who must cancel their registration prior to June 1st will receive a 90% refund.  Cancellations between June 1-June 30, will receive a 75% refund.  Cancellations on or after July 1st will not be refunded.  Cancellation notices and refund requests must be made directly to Tony Graystone at tony.graystone@ttu.edu.

 Can I switch roommates?

We will not have roommate changes after July 1st 2019 or on the day of check in.

 Parking Pass?

If you have a vehicle that is parked on campus, you will have to have a parking pass. Please visit the following link to purchase a parking pass. The link will not work off of a cell phone.
